1. About these terms

These terms form the agreement between you and [OWNER TO CONFIRM: company legal name] ("Clicktohotel"). By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted them on behalf of everyone in your booking.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when we have received the required deposit and sent you written confirmation. Prices, hotels and flights shown on the website are subject to availability until confirmed. Please check all names exactly as they appear on passports; name corrections may carry airline charges.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency stated on each package (usually Pakistani Rupees, PKR).
• A deposit of [OWNER TO CONFIRM: deposit amount or percentage] is due at booking.
• The balance is due [OWNER TO CONFIRM: number of days before departure] before departure.
• We may cancel unpaid bookings after a reminder; cancellation charges below then apply.

4. Visas

Umrah and Hajj visas are issued at the sole discretion of the authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We submit applications on your behalf but cannot guarantee approval or processing times. Visa fees paid to authorities are non-refundable once submitted. You are responsible for a passport valid for at least six months, correct documents and any required vaccinations.

5. Changes by you

You can ask to change dates, rooms or travellers. We will try to help; changes depend on availability and may carry supplier charges plus an amendment fee of [OWNER TO CONFIRM: amendment fee].

6. Changes by us or suppliers

Airlines, hotels and authorities sometimes change schedules or properties. If a significant change is needed we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund of the affected service, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges and refund steps are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Your responsibilities

Please follow the laws and customs of Saudi Arabia, the rules of the holy sites, and instructions from our staff and group leaders. We recommend travel insurance covering health and cancellation.

9. Our responsibility

We arrange services provided by airlines, hotels and transport companies and are responsible for doing so with reasonable care. We are not liable for events outside our control, such as government decisions, natural events, strikes or airline disruption, but we will help you as far as we reasonably can.

10. Complaints and law

If something goes wrong, tell our staff straight away so we can fix it. Written complaints should reach us within 30 days of return. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
